It is fused with Shards of the Tearful Night and Shards of the Furious Night, which were both created when the moon rose over the night sky of an Elvia Realm consumed by Hadum. You feel a fierce life force resonating from the ring.
It can be enhanced with a non-Starlit ring, but if enhancement fails, both will be lost.

Extract both the cup and unreformed accessory by using Refined Essence of Emotions at a blacksmith.
※ Cup Removal
Remove cup to retrieve the unreformed accessory via a quest from Lejenti NPC Knowledge, in the underground chamber of Glish.
- Upon cup removal, the cup that was used will be destroyed.
