Bloodstained Letter

...Kalshur, I'm so afraid. My belly is growing day by day and the stench of skin rotting suffocates me inside this cave. I only pray that our baby stays healthy. What comforts me most these days is sculpting wooden sea turtles.

It's becoming difficult to hold this dull knife, but sculpting reminds me of our beautiful memories, from when we first met at Port Ratt to the day that the Blackstar befell on us. I wanted to follow you but I could not. I will do my all to keep our baby safe and out of this land of misery.

Recently, I have been able to hear people outside the cave. But I'm too scared to leave the cave as they might be completely engrossed by the Blackstar's plague. I hear laughter as well... Do you think someone might be able to help us?
