Shakatu is surprised to find out that the story about the untraceable Inextinguishable Stone still is told in Calpheon, where alchemy is forbidden. Then, he goes on to tell you how to craft the fragment, saying that ten children responsible for taking care of their own families, created a greater source of light as they grew up to be alchemists.
