Wings of Frozen Tides

It's called the "Wings of Frozen Tides" because they resemble the shape of wings and are buried deep undersea where there's not a single ray of light. However, whenever you tried to go deeper undersea to get these wings, your whole body froze, preventing you from going further down into the sea. On the other hand, the Papus of Papua Crinea and the Otters seem to not be affected at all as they took all the Wings of Frozen Tides buried in places within the deep sea.
