Upgrade Epheria Caravel, craft Epheria Cog, Dragon Figurehead, and Stratus Wind Sail

Can be crafted at the Ship Part Workshop in Port Epheria 1-4, 2F. A Black Dragon Figurehead and Stratus Wind Sail must be crafted and enhanced in order to upgrade an Epheria Carrack.
