The Keplan Horn Cocoon could only be raised by the king's tailor, but the tailor left the king's side as the king became the lord and went mad after losing Oze, unable to recognize the tailor.

He put the Keplan Horn Cocoon to sleep somewhere as he longed for the king's return.
