Lomerun's Advanced Alchemy Repair Tool

A repair tool that can make a used Advanced Alchemy Tool NPC Item as good as new. Invented by Lomerun, the great artist/alchemist realized that incorporating art into complex alchemy allowed for only the slightest of errors and that these variables could only be controlled by using the same, personally-calibrated alchemy tools.
