**Porgy**

Porgies are a very rare species of fish, predominantly found in deep sea regions. To successfully catch these elusive creatures, a boat is essential. They are often considered a delicacy reserved for the tables of lords and nobles. Porgies boast impressive dimensions, reaching lengths of over 1 meter, with larger specimens surpassing the size of a typical Shai.

Their flesh is notably tender when consumed raw, making them a favored choice for sashimi. Porgies are low in fat yet rich in protein, which makes them an excellent option for recovery meals for patients. Despite their nutritional benefits, the high cost of Porgies makes them a rare indulgence for many.
