Spring Breeze of the Plains

There is a gravestone near a tree, next to the path between the Stonetail Horse Ranch and race track.

The gravestone belongs to Vera Arey, a previous Grand Prix champion who climbed to the top of the ranks by powering through the winds. According to the rumors, she was like a spring breeze in the desolate plains. Why, oh why, did she leave like the fleeting wind at such a young age?
