Cetus

At Naghaz Hill in Vahmalkea, there resides a creature with ungainly protrusions whose very existence challenges the heat of the sun itself. Inspired by this creature, I created a weapon that employs its limbs to launch surprise attacks on the enemy while maintaining a safe distance from them. It utilizes its swift movements in order to launch these attacks from afar.

Once complete, its momentum and mobility will put all other weapons to shame. - Vaha
