Barrier of Infestation I: Depraved Soul

Like a snake slowly squeezing the life out of its prey, Hadum's infestation eats away at the self, until one is wholly consumed.

The infestation also begins with the soul, which is the most important of all. Skipping over the flesh, which is visible to the naked eye, the infestation slowly makes its way into the soul, which, having fallen into the trap of unending desires, begins to wrought destruction on everything to satiate its bottomless hunger, including the self.
