Frozen Ocean's Tail

This is an aquatic plant that usually grows in underwater caves, but I guess it can grow in regular caves as long as it's damp enough.

Legends say it blooms where the sea meets the sky, and that since both are the same color, you cannot tell where one ends and the other starts. Seems impossible, right? Perhaps that's why it symbolizes "unattainable love." Such a moment is likely to never exist.
