Syca's Record #8: Underwater Ator

Master seems to have been here already. I am certain of it after seeing a non-operational Ator. The deep-sea stalks are starting to wind around it... is their no way for me to restore it? If I could bring this back, I would beat all of the Dehkimas in the Gladios.
