The lonely librarian long awaited the first customer.

People that pretend to be humble and not know what they know are the most pathetic people. Boasting about the carefully constructed sentences is showing proper respect for the authors, and as I memorized and understand them, it is best way to flaunt them. Soon, the "Night of 101 Sentences" event will commence. 

I wonder, how many people will come to listen to my words? Just thinking about it keeps me up at night. However... why is it that no one ever comes to visit my library?! Why is no one coming here looking for me...?
