A military officer once said to me: "I was riding my horse and a five-year-old child jumped out onto the middle of the road. I tugged frantically at the reins but couldn't stop my steed. There was a terrified old man to the left and a large boulder to the right. Which way should I have steered?" I couldn't answer the question. What do you think? - Unknown Scholar
