History of Prison

Local government offices in the Land of the Morning Light have prisons that house criminals. In the past, prison facilities were so bad that prisoners often froze or starved to death. However, a benevolent king looked into the welfare of prisoners and ordered that a standard prison design be followed. Since then, the instances of prisoners dying in their cells has reduced drastically.
