She is effectively in charge of operating the Mercenary Office instead of her father who is known to be a bit of a loafer when it comes to his job. Although Gerez is keen on keeping his daughter within the safe boundaries of town, Odelphin often ventures out to pass time as a Mercenary under the alias, Odell.
