A Junior Officer's Mistake

Everyone makes mistakes...including a junior officer who has been assigned to the trade port in Nampo. He checked that the item list of a ship that just docked is fake, but only found this out after issuing the permit.

Now he can't seem to focus on his tasks as he is terrified that his superiors might learn of his mistake.
