Description
The Dragon King NPC Knowledge had ordered Mister Turt NPC Knowledge to watch over the princess banished to Nopsae Angler Knowledge Item's Point on the surface. However, one day, the princess vanished.
Mister Turt NPC Knowledge swallowed his pride and sought help from Miss Myo NPC Knowledge to find the princess. Miss Myo attempted to summon the princess using the Do arts scroll she got from Hyunyong NPC Knowledge of the Chorong Merchants, but she held the scroll upside down and accidentally summoned Baby Vell instead!
This caused the Sea Palace NPC Knowledge's water vein to freeze, and the waves could no longer be controlled.
As punishment, Miss Myo NPC Knowledge and Mister Turt NPC Knowledge have to run endlessly on the water vein until the sick Dragon King NPC Knowledge regains his strength!
