In the steep cliffs of Ulukita, the spark of civilization was resurrected once again. However, the Three Days of Darkness chased them and dragged them into the darkness. And they were resurrected as soldiers of black sand. Cursed to never find eternal rest... This is the story of the deserters. I assured the remaining Mediahns that they would meet a more dreadful fate from the moment they decided to desert.

And to think they entered the Tehmelun Ruins! Did they really think the vengeful souls of the vanished civilization would just let them be...! I would have rather stayed in Mediah and faced the Three Days of Darkness, even if it meant death! The cursed ruins prevented them from finding eternal rest.
