Pillar of Tenacity

The investigative report from the Letusa Expedition describes this as a "pillar of tenacity." Constructed during the days of the Tungrad School, these pillars were used to control the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge's Rage and ultimately seal the Black Spirit itself.

While the Uluans sought to utilize the power of the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge sealed within an orb to arm themselves during the Three Days of Darkness, many of the pillars were unable to contain the calamity's energies and ended up either shattered or bereft of their power. Even more tragic was the fate that awaited the Uluans, who found themselves wholly consumed and corrupted by the dark energies of the Black Spirits they had once sought to tame.
