Description
The Shen Merchant Guild has devised numerous ways to torment the residents of Muzgar.
They cunningly saddle workers without families with a plethora of debts. One such tactic is to fine them for supposedly occupying homes in Muzgar without permission.
Though the guild shouldn't legally have such powers, who would dare to protest when the guild is under the leadership of the formidable Neruda Shen NPC Knowledge?
They have no choice but to accept these unreasonable fines. The accumulating interest on their debts grows at such an alarming rate that even a lifetime of labor might not settle the balance.
