Shakhtar Wilds Pier

A pier that appears to have been built between two steep cliffs. The people living in the vast Shakhtar Wilds not only collect on land but often make use the pier. In particular, this pier is home to a unique type of Otter named Prorio NPC Knowledge, which were the first kind of Otter to settle at the pier. Many people visit to see Prorio, or to travel via sea instead of land.
