Work of an Evil Spirit

When the medicine of the Land of the Morning Light proved ineffective against the plague, the people of Dongmakgol Village began to believe it was the work of an evil spirit. The villagers gathered offerings and summoned a renowned mudang, who then hung sacred ropes around the village altar and memorial steles.
