Entrance to Hwasun Valley

For the entrance to the renowned Hwasun Valley, the gate appears rather plain. Made from planks of maehwa wood and reinforced with stones from the valley, it reflects the disciplined mindset of Hwasun Valley, shunning wealth and guarding against greed.
