Kario

Kario runs the trade business at Oquilla's Eye.

He was nearly shark bait after being caught in a whirlpool during a voyage, but when he blacked out underwater, he woke up on the sands of Oquilla's Eye. Ever since, he believes the goddess of the Great Ocean, Oquilla, saved him. So, he chose not to return home and stayed on the island, trading and holding an annual thanksgiving for the goddess Oquilla.
