Description
The mighty Orzeca Kingdom, once rulers of the continent, owed its rise to a single artifact. But that power reached far—even into the seas—and began to affect the Merfolk.
It sparked a terrible conflict between those under Orzeca's control and those who resisted. Countless Merfolk perished in the war. In despair, Rusalka NPC Knowledge turned the enslaved ones to stone. Nearly all were petrified. The few who survived vanished into the deepest reaches of the sea.
Since that time, no one has laid eyes on them again.
