Description
The owner of Dancing Marlin Knowledge Item Tavern, which is right next to Velia Item Skill's newly expanded wharf.
He is the older brother of Croix the wharf manager and has the opposite personality of his reserved and quiet brother. He is constantly drinking and reminiscing about his days as the First Mate of the Marlin Knowledge Item, when he was also known as the Speedy Marlin.
Since he is retired from sailing, Chief Igor Bartali NPC Knowledge asked him to return to Velia Item Skill to help out all the adventurers Igor hopes will be drawn to the new wharf.
