Higgs monitors the
Okjinsini on the other side of the river and keeps daily records of her observations from an
outpost. When she does, she tries his best to keep a low profile by disguising himself as a scholar, which keeps the Okjinsini from taking offense.
Contrary to their monstrous looks, the
Okjinsini are known to be gentle beings. Recently, however, they have become increasingly aggressive, which has given
Higgs cause for concern and all the more reason to keep a close eye on them.
