Drieghan and Serendia's Joint Construction

Drieghan and Serendia maintain a friendly relationship, even though it hasn't been long. Serendia also decided to send manpower to help Drieghan with the construction of the Altar Road. Drieghan leadership is very satisfied and hopes to continue the relationship.
