Giant Pulley

It's a large pulley in front of the Snowstorm Guard Post Commander's Barracks. They say the blacksmith of Eilton, Tazral NPC Knowledge, came and built it himself since they move so many things. As is fitting for such a renowned blacksmith, the pully is well made, making it easy to lift things with very little force.
