Extraction Mill

The Extraction Mill functions as an extractor and a refinery of Black Crystals.

Originally, it was a habitat of the Fogans until they were ousted by Humans who constructed it. The Fogans, who came from Valencia, migrated and took over the land of the Nagas, which caused of the current Naga-Fogan conflict today.
