Raibo is the Trade Manager at the Delphe Outpost. Rumor says she came from the Bandits' Lair originally. She does anything and everything to make money. She gets along well with Vice-captain Elgriffin NPC Knowledge, commander of the outpost, and that's how she came to be in charge of trade.
