Rakshan Observatory

Description
Built with the support from Prince Manmehan, this observatory is run by an astrologist and astronomer Akhram NPC Knowledge. Rakshan means, in ancient Valencian, "shining place."
Unlike other scholars, Akhram NPC Knowledge believes that the movement of the universe is the force that leads the ancient legend, Black Death NPC Knowledge Item, and ancient giants wandering the desert.
