Ulutuka

Ulutuka, the Turo Chief who has sided with Ahib Sephir.

He has allegedly received prophecy from Tunta, the Earth god, to resettle Turo's home at Sephir's Thornwood NPC Knowledge Castle. The Turos were furious when they learned he had ceded Tunta's seed Knowledge Item and his sacred responsibility to protect it to Sephir, but very few Turos have been able to oppose Ulutuka in public.
