[Elvia] Rhutum Outstation
Description
The Rhutum tribes who ruled over the Catfishman NPC Knowledge near the borders were a pain in Calpheon's side, but Hadum's corruption has elevated the severity of that threat.
The most elite warriors of the Rhutum now openly display their all-out aggression towards Calpheon, leading their units to raid Calpheon supplies along the border or defenseless farmlands. They would proudly put these stolen supplies around their camps, and raised the green flag symbolic for might high above these piles.
Hadum's corruption has tainted even the Rhutum's fondness and loyalty towards the flag, which now only heightens their bloodlust, extending their threat to all in their vicinity.
