Chief's Decision

The congress promoted the garrison to an army. Hunters who were relatively skilled in weaponry were the core members. But because Drieghan was a tribal country consisting of a collection of smaller tribes, they did not have enough military forces. Hunters, mercenaries, retired soldiers, it didn't matter. Advertisements were posted in nearby countries with the quote 'All able-bodied persons who are willing to fight are welcome'.
