The Three Legendary Blacksmiths of Mediah are Barattan Lancer NPC Knowledge, Mevo Muranan NPC Knowledge and Dorin Morgrim NPC Knowledge.
Mevo Muranan NPC Knowledge was a pioneer in using black crystals in smithing. Barattan Lancer NPC Knowledge is a perfectionist, while Dorin Morgrim NPC Knowledge was a natural born genius.
Their fame in Altinova was at its peak, with not a single soul unaware of who they were, when they competed with each other to see who was the best blacksmith of all. It ended with two of them leaving Altinova.
However, to the new and young blacksmiths who visit Altinova, they are still the undisputed three legendary blacksmiths of Mediah.
