Woodrey

Though Woodrey is in charge of Imperial Delivery, he strictly avoids a life of luxury. He believes in modesty and enjoys getting along with many people of various walks of life. Elswin NPC Knowledge disapproves of Woodrey because he is too plain, however, since nobody can handle deliveries as fast as Woodrey, she just puts up with him.
