Teacher in Tarif

Allan Serbin NPC Knowledge, who greets visitors to Tarif from the picture frame he is sealed in, was a colleague of Cartian NPC Knowledge, who founded Tarif many years ago. He used all his power to seal the Book of Cartian, and went into the frame of his own accord to preserve his essence.

He possess the unique magical ability to solidify the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge, a power called "Spiritization." He's teaching this skill to the current residents of Tarif.
