Civic Organizations in Calpheon

Basquean Ljurik NPC Knowledge and Giovan Grolin NPC Knowledge established the civic organization "Comitia of Tantinis" to stand up to the nobles of the republic. Although not powerful enough to put a dent in the establishment of Calpheon, nobody in the entire republic cares more about doing well for the people than these two.
