Some of the popular fairy tales passed down in Valencia are the Lake Valencia Legend, Magic Carpet and Sand Pot, Coin Ghost, and Palm Forest Boy. The story of Palm Forest Boy, the most recent among them, saw the light of day when Galu Doriven from Arehaza published a collection of short stories including this tale.
