In addition to the current Gahaz Bandits, Valencia has been suffering from plundering bandits throughout its history. The Levi Bandits, active during the reign of Imur Nesser, was legendarily infamous.

The Levis even robbed royal supplies, not to mention the merchant guilds, and they have not been punished for almost 10 years. Perhaps because it is such a disgrace to the kingdom, mentioning the Levi Bandits in any way is considered taboo in Valencia.
