A friend of Crio, who lives in Velia. One of the rarely-seen female Otters and known to be somewhat prudish. Typical of her kind, she is an expert swimmer and diver. Yet, she seldom has to fish for herself with all the male Otters giving their fish to her in an attempt at courtship.
