Bavio

The chief of Splashing Point. Originally from Crioville, Bavio got bored of life in Calpheon and struck out on a journey with his friends. They eventually discovered what is now Splashing Point and gave it its name. He spends his energy trying to develop a more efficient way of fishing to boost the prosperity of his town.
