This big fish does not move in a school - it rather acts alone. The silvery body has a pink bottom and dark blue spots on top. It is extremely rare and it is as delicious as it is rare, hence its nickname: "Emperor Fish." Fishers usually eat this fish on spot as soon as they catch it, therefore it is difficult to find it in the market.
