The Elionian priests of Calpheon announced that this was the result of Serendians digging up the ancient relics of Oquilla's Eye. The digging was awakening things that have long been asleep. Crucio Domongatt, the Lord of Heidel, is now in an uncomfortable situation where Calpheonians are blaming him for sending his army to Oquilla's Eye.
