Cook some Seafood Pastas as Edman suggested, and use Imperial Cuisine to box them up into an Artisan's Seafood Pasta Cooking Box Knowledge Item.

1. Cook Seafood Pasta Knowledge Item x40
2. Open the Processing window () and select Imperial Cuisine to box up the Seafood Pastas.
3. Sell the Artisan's Seafood Pasta Cooking Box to an Imperial Crafting Delivery manager.

※ You can do this quest once a day, and it will be reset every midnight (server time).
