Zaaira NPC Knowledge said it is great that Velia has become livelier, but she is worried the village is not as safe as before. Meet Proix, the owner of the Dancing Marlin Knowledge Item tavern in Velia.

The Serendians and the Old Moon Guild are the ones who have left
for Oquilla's Eye, but the celebration is actually going on in here, Velia!
The village is filled with people who are preparing to set sail.
Oh, did you hear that the chief expanded our wharf?
There's even a new tavern.
I'm happy that the village is livelier, but it's not as safe anymore.
Most of the incidents are caused by drunkards
who should not be let off easily.
I heard there was an incident at the new tavern a few days ago.
Apparently, some bounty hunters got in a fight while they were drunk.
They say it's something about some kind of work in the Great Ocean.
Thankfully, Proix was there to put an end to it.
He's the owner of the new tavern
and he's quite well built and masculine... I-I mean quite strong!
