1. Make 5 Meat Soup with the Cooking Utensil NPC Item in your Residence.
2. Bring 5 Meat Soup to the Villager.

※ Meat Soup ingredients: Pork x5 + Mineral Water x4 + Pepper x1 + Cream x2
